Measurement Description測量說明

  • The measurements should be filled in with centimetre. While taking the measurement, the index finger should be put in between tape and body. You should not feel restricted by the tape for a comfortable fit, and the tape should be movable.
  • Neck circumference- Measure around the lower part of the neck. Put index finger between the measuring tape and the neck.
  • Shoulder width- Measure across the top of the shoulder from one edge to the other. Good reference points for the start and end are the seams on the edge of the shoulder.
  • Bicep- Measure around your upper arm at the widest point. Let your arm hang relaxed down by your side. Note that the measurement should be taken with a finger inside the measuring tape.
  • Wrist- Measure around the wrist bone at the widest point. We will add the to the cuffs for movement ease.
  • Sleeve length- From the outermost edge of the shoulder (shoulder seam), same point as the shoulder measurement, measure down to the start of the thumb.
  • Chest circumference- Measure around the fullest part of the chest. The measuring tape is usually around the nipple level, under the armpits, and over your shoulder blades.
  • Waist- The waist measurement is taken as a circumference measurement around your waist just above your belly button.
  • Bottom hem-Measure around the largest point of the buttocks
  • Clothes length Start at the middle of the shoulder. A good reference for the starting point is the shoulder seam of your shirt. Measure straight down to the middle of the thumb, or where you want the shirt to end.
  • Waist- This measurement determines the waistline of your trousers. Measure around the waist, at the point where you want your trousers to rest. If you are wearing a belt, remove it for this measurement.
  • Hips circumference- Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Make sure your pockets are empty, and the tape is straight at all times and not restrictive .
  • Thigh- The thigh measurement should be taken level with the lowest point of the U-measurement, which is the fullest part of your thigh.
  • Knee- Measure around your knee at the widest point. You should also measure your fullest part of calf to make sure your knee circumference is wider than your calf width. If you have the strong calf which its circumference is wider than your knee, you should fill in your calf circumference figure.
  • Trousers bottom- Measure the width you want for the bottom of your trousers. You can measure the circumference of the top of your shoes.
  • Crotch- Measure from the top middle of the back pants waist (see point A) all along the crotch seam through your legs until the top of front waist. Measure from the desired waistline in the front to the desired waistline in the back
  • Trousers Length- Measure from the top of pants waist all along the side pant seam until the bottom of your pants. Start at the desired waist level and measure down to where you want the trousers to end. A good reference for the end point is the top of the heel of your shoe.
